Welcome to the Zone! The BookZone that is! The place where you can find children's books, middle-grade books, and young adult books by new or not-so-new authors. 

As a self-published author, avid reader, and former street vendor—this is my way of staying connected to the book community, using everything I’ve learned from wearing all three hats to create a place beneficial to authors, readers, publishers, and booksellers.

In accordance with FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials for bloggers, I would like my readers to know that the books introduced/reviewed on this site are either personal purchases or provided to me for free by the publisher, publicist, or author of the book. All reviews of complimentary books are voluntary. I am in no way compensated for any reviews on this site. (If by chance anyone does consider my few words worthy of compensation, it will be clearly marked.)
